Account, Core User Information, and Security
- You can view public website content without an account, but account creation is required for mobile app use, website ordering, and other service functions.
- Information you provide during account setup is referred to as Core User Information.
- Use a strong password not reused on other platforms, and sign out at the end of sessions.
- You are responsible for all activity associated with your account, whether performed by you or by someone using your credentials.
- iziViza is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information or failure to secure your Core User Information.
- If you suspect unauthorized account use or unauthorized access to personal content, immediately change your password and notify Customer Support.
- Security of your computer/mobile device, connection fees, and internet access are your responsibility.
- People with access to your devices may access personal information in the service; you should log out when not actively using your account.
- You accept that no security measure is 100% guaranteed and that you provide personal data at your own responsibility.
Relationship, Advice Limitation, and License
- By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that iziViza is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by any government or state authority.
- Use of the service does not mean legal or official advice is provided.
- All content is for informational purposes only and does not replace legal advice.
- If you choose to obtain documents through us, you consent to electronic/phone communication, privacy-policy-based data sharing, and communication risks over internet/telecom channels.
- From account creation, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license subject to these terms until account closure or termination.
- For mobile applications, you receive a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app under applicable terms.
- iziViza does not transfer ownership rights in the service or content to you.
Entire Agreement and Changes
- This agreement and any supplementary terms published in the service fully govern the relationship between you and iziViza.
- It replaces prior agreements and statements regarding service use.
- No prior oral or written statement invalidates these terms.
- iziViza may update the Terms of Service, including prior versions, and the latest version is published in the service.
- An updated version becomes effective when published.
- If you have an account, we may notify you of material changes and request consent when required.
- Continuing to use the service means acceptance of updated terms.
- This agreement can only be amended in writing between you and iziViza; email or oral statements do not constitute valid amendments.
