Travel Document Verification
- After receiving travel documents such as visa, passport, or photo from iziViza, you must immediately verify that all information is accurate and complete.
- If you notice any error or omission, you must promptly notify us; if reported timely, we will try to make required corrections.
- If you travel without noticing document errors, you alone are responsible for resulting outcomes.
- Ensure your passport remains valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
- Add @iziviza.com to your safe sender list to avoid spam filtering issues.
- Check your spam folder if your documents are delayed.
- Some documents may also be available through your service account.
Prohibitions
- The service may not be used for unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
- Actions damaging servers/networks, interfering with others' use, or attempting unauthorized access to systems/data/accounts are prohibited.
- Reverse engineering/decompiling the service or using it for unrelated commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Hate speech, abusive content, impersonation, unauthorized sharing of protected materials, and malware uploads are prohibited.
- Spam, chain emails, scam messages, and unsolicited promotional content are prohibited.
- Altering/deleting other users' content without authorization is prohibited.
- Bulk data access through robots/automation/software is prohibited.
- Detected violations may lead to account suspension/termination and, where needed, cooperation with legal authorities.
User Content Rights
- All user-submitted/uploaded/shared/published content is solely the responsibility of the person creating or publishing it.
- User Content may include product reviews, survey responses, comments, videos, written materials, and social-media posts tagging iziViza.
- By sharing User Content, you represent it is accurate, current, and lawful.
- By submitting User Content, you grant iziViza rights to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and create derivative works across media.
- You also grant use with your name/photo/likeness for commercial or non-commercial purposes and rights transfer to third parties.
- These rights may be worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and sublicensable.
- You do not fully transfer ownership of content, but you grant the stated scope of use rights.
- You acknowledge waiver of certain personal rights such as moral rights or rights of publicity where applicable.
Precautions, Limitations, and Reliance on Information
- By using the service, you accept that specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
- Using our services/products does not guarantee obtaining required travel documents.
- Determining required documents is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for checking whether documents obtained through us are sufficient for your travel.

- Government policies, health measures, travel restrictions, and sanctions may change without notice.
