When distributed through Apple App Store, Apple-Enabled Product Terms apply; Apple and affiliates are third-party beneficiaries for specified provisions.
Copyright Notice Requirements
Without work identification, URL, contact details, required good-faith declarations, and signature, notices may be treated as invalid.
Data Rights
- To operate the service, iziViza must process user-provided data, including personal data where applicable.
- By using the service or uploading data, you grant iziViza a license to process, display, transmit, technically adapt, and reproduce such data.
- This license may be royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, and irrevocable while data remains stored in the service.
- You also permit transfer of these rights to third parties that provide service components under contract.
- Such transfer is limited to service provision and legal compliance purposes.
- iziViza does not claim ownership or permanent rights over your personal data beyond limited service-delivery rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
- You acknowledge that software, content, and materials provided by iziViza are owned by iziViza or its licensors.
- Service software/content are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other IP laws.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, you receive only a limited right of use and no ownership transfer.
- Attempting source-code extraction, modifying software, creating derivative works, or unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
- iziViza logos, marks, visual identity, and related signs may not be used without authorization.
Feedback and AI Disclosure
- Except for personal data, feedback submitted through any channel may be used/disclosed by iziViza for any purpose under feedback terms.
- Feedback terms may include: no confidentiality obligation, potential pre-existing similar development, no compensation, and transfer of relevant rights.
- You represent you are legally authorized to transfer rights included in submitted feedback.
- iziViza uses AI technologies to improve user experience; AI outputs may be probabilistic, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- AI output should not be the sole basis for final decisions, especially in visas, legal documentation, and official applications.
- AI-provided information may not represent iziViza's official position and does not imply third-party endorsement.
Copyright Notice and Counter-Notice
- For copyright notices, include work identification, infringing URL, contact details, good-faith declarations, and legal/electronic signature.
- Complete and accurate notices should be sent to iziViza's designated contact and may lead to evaluation/removal actions.
- For counter-notices, include removed content details, prior URL, good-faith error statement, jurisdiction acceptance (Istanbul Caglayan Courts and Enforcement Offices), contact details, and signature.
- False or malicious counter-notices may create legal consequences.
- iziViza is not obligated to pursue or enforce third-party IP rights on behalf of rightsholders.
App Stores, Apple-Enabled Terms, and Third-Party Rights
- If downloaded through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also accept the relevant store terms.
- If store terms conflict with this agreement, the more restrictive provision may apply.
- For Apple-device use, this agreement is between you and iziViza; Apple is not a party and does not assume app/content responsibility.
- App license is personal and non-transferable, limited to iOS devices you own or control.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or updates.
- Where applicable, refund for app purchase price may be sought from Apple for warranty non-conformity; beyond that, Apple obligations may be limited.
- Compliance failures and consumer-law issues remain iziViza responsibility, not Apple's.
- iziViza handles claims related to alleged third-party IP infringement by the app/content.
- You represent you are not on embargo/prohibited lists when using the app.
- Apple and affiliates are recognized as third-party beneficiaries for Apple-specific terms.
- Except where explicitly stated, this agreement grants no rights or benefits to third parties.
