IZIVIZA B2B TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to iziViza (“iziViza”, “we”, or “us”). These B2B Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern access to and use of our agency platform, mobile applications, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “B2B Service”) by travel agencies, visa consultants, and corporate partners (collectively, “Agencies” or “you”).
By creating an Agency account, accessing the platform, or using our B2B lead-generation and workflow tools, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Nature of the Service (Tech Enabler Model)
Software Provider Only: iziViza is a technology platform and software enabler, not a visa processing agency or government entity. We do not process visas, guarantee visa approvals, or provide legal advice.
Zero Processing Liability: Agencies remain solely responsible for verifying client information, submitting visa applications to government bodies/embassies, and managing end-to-end client communications.
2. Account Security & Agency Conduct
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your agency login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Accuracy of Information: You represent that all details provided during registration (including licensing, company details, and tax information) are accurate and up to date.
Compliance: You agree to use the platform in full compliance with applicable local and international data protection laws (including KVKK and GDPR) and industry regulations.
3. Data Rights, Privacy & Client Documents
Client Data Handling: As an Agency utilizing our lead generation and document management vault, you will receive access to applicant personal data. You agree to process applicant data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested visa or travel service.
License to Process: You grant iziViza the right to store, display, and process document data uploaded to the platform strictly to operate, optimize, and maintain the B2B Service.
No Unlawful Use: Agencies are strictly prohibited from harvesting, reselling, or misusing applicant data outside the scope of the iziViza platform.

5. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive for high uptime, but the B2B Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform routine system maintenance, push updates, or modify features at any time.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
By Agency: You may close your Agency account at any time via the account settings or by contacting support.
By iziViza: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach this Agreement, violate data privacy regulations, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet platform quality standards.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, iziViza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, missed travel dates, or visa rejections resulting from your use of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by your agency to iziViza in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iziViza and its officers against any third-party claims, client disputes, or regulatory fines arising from your agency’s misuse of applicant data or errors in submitting visa applications.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey (or applicable corporate jurisdiction). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration prior to initiating court litigation.
