2,500 TRY Liability Cap Notice
In any case, iziViza's total liability is limited to actual proven damages and cannot exceed 2,500 TRY.
One-Year Claim Deadline
Claims relating to service/content/products must be raised no later than one year from the relevant event date.

- iziViza services are designed to assist in preparing and organizing travel documents.
- No liability is accepted for outcomes resulting from itinerary changes or factors beyond our control.
- This includes government actions/omissions, legal/regulatory changes, official processing delays, and technical disruptions.
- Document processing times are estimations based on prior experience and are not guarantees.
- Service information is provided for convenience and reliance on such information is at user risk.
- Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' and users use it at their own risk.
- Express/implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation may be disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- This may include data loss, profit loss, revenue loss, bodily injury, emotional distress, or death.
- No liability may apply for damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.
- Total liability is limited to actual proven damages and cannot exceed 2,500 TRY.
- Class action and class arbitration waivers may apply.
- Where certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits are restricted by law, the minimum legally applicable standard applies.
Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iziViza, its affiliates, and relevant third parties from claims, demands, suits, or damages raised by third parties due to your use of the service.
- This includes misuse, fraud or legal violations, breach of this agreement, and infringement of third-party rights.
- iziViza may assume control of defense in third-party claims, and reasonable cooperation may be required from you.
Commercial Terms, Notices, and Electronic Communications
- All commercial transactions through iziViza are governed by the Commercial Terms in force on the transaction date.
- These terms may include pricing, refunds, cancellations, payment methods, and tax policies.
- iziViza may send notices via email, in-service notices, or postal mail.
- By using the service, you consent to electronic communications and acknowledge that electronic records have the same legal effect as written communications.
- Electronic notices are deemed received when sent.
Suspension, Termination, Time-Bar, No Agency, and Assignment
- Users may close/cancel accounts at any time; however, if an active subscription exists, charges may continue until the end of the subscription period.
- iziViza reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service or any part of it at any time, for any reason, without notice.
- Upon termination, account/data access may end and some or all data may be deleted.
- Certain obligations (including privacy, indemnity, intellectual property, and arbitration clauses) may survive termination.
- Claims related to service use, purchases, or content must be brought within one year of the relevant event, otherwise they are time-barred.
- This agreement does not create partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency between you and iziViza.
- Users cannot assign rights/obligations under this agreement; iziViza may assign rights/obligations to affiliates or third parties in connection with business transfer.
