As AIISco (“iziViza”), we attach the utmost importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. This statement has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) to inform you about how your data is processed during your visa application processes.
A. Data Controller
iziViza acts as the data controller within the scope of managing the digital platform that serves as a bridge between the visa applicant (User) and visa agencies.

C. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data is shared with the following third parties for the purpose of completing your application:
- Visa Agencies: Intermediary institutions you select to carry out the physical processing of your application.
- Diplomatic Missions: Consulates or Embassies of the relevant country that will make the visa decision.
- Service Providers: Our business partners providing secure data storage (Cloud) and payment system infrastructure.
D. Method of Data Collection
Your data is collected through fully or partially automated methods by uploading digital documents and filling out forms via the iziViza mobile application or web platform.
E. Your Rights as a Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK; you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request correction of inaccurate data, and request the deletion of your data. You may submit your requests to support@iziviza.com.
