As AIISco (“iziViza”), we request your explicit consent regarding the following matters within the scope of digitizing your visa application processes and transmitting them to the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). Visa Application Processes and Special Categories of Data:
In order to create your visa file and carry out intermediary agency/consular procedures; I hereby give my explicit consent of my own free will for my Identity (Name, surname, passport number), Contact (Email, phone, address) and especially Special Categories of Personal Data such as Biometric Data (Passport copy, biometric photo) and Social Security/Health records (Insurance and employment documents required for visa) to be processed by iziViza, transferred to the Visa Agencies I have selected via the platform and relevant Diplomatic Missions (Consulates/Embassies), and to be stored on iziViza’s secure servers until the visa process is finalized.
Marketing and User Experience (Optional):
Furthermore, I give my explicit consent for the processing of my Marketing data (Website usage habits, surveys, cookie records) and to be contacted in this context for the purpose of offering special opportunities tailored to my personal preferences and habits, providing reminders regarding visa processes, and informing me about campaigns and services.
